Get to the root.

Krystallos Pro allows practitioners the ability to view a clients Humanistic Tree (a mind map of their core values) and how that maps to Schwartz's Theory of Human Values. The results also:

Identifying Core Values: The exercise explicitly lists core personal values, helping you quickly understand what's most important to your clients. This can guide treatment planning, goal setting, and ensure interventions align with clients' deeply held beliefs and priorities.

Understanding Value Conflicts: By revealing interconnected values, the exercise can help identify potential conflicts or tensions in a client's value system. Recognizing these conflicts can be a valuable starting point for therapeutic exploration and addressing sources of distress.

Highlighting Areas of Growth: The presence of negative values or values that individuals reject can shed light on areas where clients may be struggling or seeking to grow. Addressing these negative values in therapy can facilitate personal development and healing.

Enhancing Communication and Empathy: The diverse responses and definitions of values underscore the importance of clear communication and empathy in therapeutic relationships. The exercise can remind practitioners to actively listen to and validate clients' unique perspectives, fostering deeper understanding and connection.

Promoting Value-Based Interventions: The exercise can inspire you to incorporate value-based interventions into your practice, empowering clients to make meaningful changes and live more fulfilling lives.
